What visitors have said about Saule - Les Limornieres |
| |
| |
What a wonderful tonic our week in les Limornières has been! It is a lovely base for exploring the beautiful Loire Valley vineyards & chateaux (and we have made the most of both!) Alex & Nicole, your thoughtful touches have made all the difference, from suggestions of days' out, restaurants, markets and even a good little running route! We leave with happy memories, good wishes for your future here and not a little envy at your beautiful home and surroundings! Thank you!

This is our first visit to Loire Valley. We stayed in Saule for 5 nights. We loved the house which is very clean & comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make your meals with fresh ingredients bought from the farmer's markets near-by.
There are many different towns & interesting spots to visit within 1 hour drive. Nicole & Alex are more than willing to share their knowledge about the area..and of course they can speak English, you will find it is extremely helpful if you are non-french speaking, like us.
This is a perfect place for you to relax. You can sit in the garden & enjoy the sun or relax in the sofa with a book in your hands and the wood burner roaring.
We would like to visit again.

Cute cottage, idyllic location, Nicole and Alex were friendly and helpful hosts. The wine, cheese and breakfast goodies waiting for us on arrival was a lovely touch. We borrowed the bikes and had a great time doing a circuit through the beautiful French countryside. The cottage was full of character, very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks!
