Masseria Due Torri offers luxury style accommodation in the form of self catering or bed and breakfast to suit all needs. It benefits from full central heating and constant hot water provided by solar panels on the roof. Rooms are spacious and windows fitted with fly screens. Air conditioning is provided in the Villa but not in the rest of the Masseria as the walls are very thick and the temperature remains cool. In the main hall of the Masseria there is an extensive library of books, maps, tourist information, DVDs, videos and games for guests to use during their stay. Just as a bonus, at the side of the villa, some steps lead up onto a wonderful roof terrace boasting a super panoramic sea view - great for sunbathing by day and counting the stars by night - who could want for more? |

There is a wide range of beaches from sandy bays to rocky coves and numerous coastal walks, as well as fabulous birdwathing at the nature reserve along the coast. There is a mixture of private lidos (require a small charge) or public beaches. The nearest is 10 minutes drive away in Monopoli, which has a historic centre, port and beaches, sports facilities, playgrounds and water sports. In the late evening many of the lidos become discos. The nearest village is Cozzana, just a few minutes drive or 20 minute walk. Within 30 minutes drive there are many local towns and places of interest which include some of the largest caves in Europe, Valle of Itria, the Trulli at Alborebello, the ruins of Egnazia, Zoo Safari in Fasano, horse riding and golf at Saveletri. There are many local bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and banks within 1 km to 5km. Every local town has a weekly market. |

Getting There:
| Bari airport is about 50km and Brindisi about 70km and both about 45mins. drive away from the Masseria. Car hire is recommended as there is little public transport to the Masseria. We are able to provide airport transfers to our accommodation. Or for guests who wish not to drive we offer transport from the train station at Monopoli, also local tours available. Car hire is also available in Monopoli. |

Entry is into a central hallway which leads to all rooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite. There is then a further twin bedroom and a double bedroom plus a family bathroom. The modern open-plan kitchen, with its fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, invites you to try some sumptuous Italian cooking and this spacious home also offers a comfortable lounge with large sofa bed and dining room. Double doors from the lounge lead onto the terrace. Also includes: T.V. DVD and Satellite, Wi Fi access at Masseria, 8 sunbeds with cushions and umbrellas, barbeque, bicycles available on request, hairdryers in each bedroom, pool towels available, luxury Italian linens and towels (changed weekly), air conditioning, central heating by radiators, hot water from solar panels, fly screens throughout. Cot and highchair available on request.

The Masseria has extensive private gardens surrounded by farmland with the most beautiful views. There are many terraces some with sea views. Shady and sunny areas in which to relax. Many tables and chairs. Hammocks in the trees. The private outside swimming pool measures 14x7mtrs and is heated by the sun and is available to all our guests (of the villa, the B&B and the apartment which are on site). Opening times depend on the temperature but usually end April to mid November. It is surrounded by a large terrace and lawns furnished with luxury sunbeds and tables. There is a barbeque and a wood fired pizza oven. Outdoor games. An outdoor toilet and 2 showers. Ample secure parking. The villa itself has a wonderful covered terrace where you will find ample dining space for eight people making it perhaps the most used area in the villa- breakfast, lunch and dinner all al-fresco!

We are able to arrange cookery courses,wine tastings, boat trips ect.
There are several Important Bird Areas (IBAs) very close to the Masseria and provide a wonderful opportunity to see the Spring and Autumn migrations.
We also offer assistance to guests wanting to relocate to the area.
Arrangements can be made for special occasions such as champagne, flowers or fruit in your room. A cake ordered, a special dinner reservation, taxi service.

Rental |
Saturday is preferred changeover day but we are flexible.
Please contact the owner for information on short breaks min. stay 3 nights. Monthly rental available.
Discounts for groups of less than 6 people.
Groups of 8 or more there are extra rooms available at the Masseria (linked by a garden path). An extra room may be rented or booked on a B&B basis.
We welcome guests personally to our home so please advise us your estimated arrival time.
Departure time from all accommodation is 10am. Arrangements made for late flights. Bookings will be confirmed on our receipt of a 25% deposit. Balance payable on arrival. We are unable to accept card payments at the moment. A security cash deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival for all self catering accommodation returnable at the end of stay providing the accommodation is left in good order.
